Aventra Media is a TikTok Shop agency for international brands: we operate United States TikTok Shop programs for companies headquartered anywhere in the world. The market you sell into and the country your company is registered in are two separate questions, and only the first one is ours.

Yes. Aventra Media runs US TikTok Shop programs for brands based outside the United States on exactly the same terms as US brands. The engagement covers what a Shop agency actually controls: UGC production, creator affiliate recruitment from a 250+ vetted US roster, sample seeding from your US inventory, shoppable video, and Shop ads (GMV Max and Spark Ads). Your seller account, your entity, and your logistics stay yours. Roster and GMV figures are team-level numbers earned across engagements; see how we count.
Less changes than most international founders expect. The content engine is identical: briefs, creators, samples, delivery, iteration. The affiliate machine is identical. The ads are identical. What changes is sequencing, and it is worth being precise about it.
The boundary is fixed. We do not register companies, obtain tax IDs, or open bank accounts. We do not give legal, tax, customs, or regulatory advice. We do not run warehouses, book freight, or act as importer of record. Those lines sit with you, your 3PL, and your own advisers, and an agency that offers to absorb them is selling something a marketing agency cannot deliver.
That includes the requirements themselves. What TikTok asks of a US seller is TikTok's to set and to change, so read the current version in TikTok Shop Seller Center on the day you apply rather than in any agency's summary, including this one. Any agency quoting you those requirements as fixed facts is quoting something that changes. What is worth verifying, where to verify it, and the one part that never changes are written up in do you need a US company to sell on US TikTok Shop.
No published rate card, and no international premium. Every engagement is quoted in a statement of work with four separate lines: creator fees (passed through), product samples (your goods), the agency fee (flat project fee, retainer, or retainer plus performance), and media spend (paid to TikTok). An agency that will not show you that split is telling you something. The longer version, including the questions to ask any agency you evaluate, is in our buyer's guide.
Most agencies in this niche never say whether they take non-US clients, and their intake forms quietly assume a US entity. We state it, in writing, everywhere: the market we operate is the United States; the client can be based anywhere. We hold both official designations, TikTok One Partner and TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) for the US market, and we do not hold or claim TikTok Marketing Partner status, which is a separate program. Every number we publish carries a sourcing note you can check. Before you email anyone, including us, run our verification checklist against their claims. If your US shop is already trading, the free written TikTok Shop audit shows how we read a shop before you commit to anything: six areas, by email, no call required.
No. Aventra Media works with brands headquartered anywhere in the world. What matters is the market you sell into: we operate US TikTok Shop programs, and where your company is registered is a separate question from that. Whether TikTok requires a particular corporate setup for your seller account is TikTok's rule to set, changes over time, and is checked in TikTok Shop Seller Center, not on an agency website.
Yes. Client location has never been the constraint. We reply to email in any language, our creator content is produced in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese by native speakers, and our team is distributed across time zones. Everything we produce targets US buyers, because the market we operate is the United States.
Stock physically located in a US warehouse. A US TikTok Shop order ships to a US address from inventory already inside the country, and creator sample seeding only runs at speed from a US address. If your inventory is still overseas, landing it with a US 3PL is step zero, and it happens before us. We are not a freight forwarder, customs broker, or importer of record.
No. Whoever holds your stock in the United States stays your supplier, on your account. We schedule creator dispatches against them, record tracking per creator, and chase the posts afterwards. We do not operate warehouses, book freight, or move stock into the country, which is exactly why inventory already sitting in the US is a precondition rather than something an agency can solve for you.
No. Aventra Media operates one market, the US TikTok Shop, and does not run programs in any other country. If you are a US brand looking to sell into other markets, we are the wrong agency and will say so.
Identically to US brands: a flat project fee, a monthly retainer, or a retainer plus a performance component, quoted in a statement of work with creator fees, samples, agency fee, and media spend as separate lines. Being based outside the US does not change the price.
You do, throughout. We work inside a US TikTok Shop you already own, under TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) authorization you grant in Seller Center, scoped to specific areas by default rather than full access, and revocable at any time. Your ad account stays yours too; Ads manager access is a grant inside it, not a transfer of it. Where your company is registered changes neither that access model nor the price.
Tell us where you are based, whether your shop is live, and where your stock sits. We reply with a straight read on what is missing before quoting anything.
